anyway..
i hope next yr would be relaxing, smooth sailing and fun.
despite the TEEs (tertiary entrance exams).
because i will have sooo many commitments nxt yr...
cantate(choir), hale st marys band(those bands with trumpets clarinets and what have you's), st marys big band(the school's jazz band), assembly band.
but assembly band might not need me nxt yr after the gig..
which is on monday! which i am so so so so unprepared for.. AAH!!
back to my point, i would definitely want to join interhouse dance, IGSSA dance.. if i do get in..
and also i'll have ballet on fri evenings and sat arvos, OCF bible study on fri nights, church on sunday morns...
haha. this is crazy! but im still looking forward to nxt yr nevertheless x)

many people can say oh im academically inclined or im musically inclined or wadeva..
i cant seem to find my inclination! and THAT IS WHY im rather undecided about my courses for uni. its only the yr after nxt but its still coming and it'll come faster than i expect it to..
remember how i used to complain that im not gonna be a teacher?
im thinking that its not all that bad now. haha like a kindie teacher or pri school teacher..

today is officially the last school day of year 11!
yipee!
now... exams.. yr 11 week, HOLIDAYS!
muahaha.
yay.
looking back at this year,
i think i've changed quite a lot...
i think i have become more mature (although i've always been =p)
i have become more independent
i've become more musical (believe it or not)
and i've become taller =D (nah. i didnt grow upwards actually.)
but i also regret when i think of things i could have done but didnt.
i could have enjoyed and cherished the first few weeks instead of complaining.
i could have been outspoken instead of being so silent
i could have spoken up for ppl being gossiped about
i could have gone to talk to the new and lonely people
i could have done so much more but its too late to be upset now.
i'll start doing them now =D

exams exams. its quite quick actually. didn expect it to come so quickly.
im gonna keep my nose stuck in textbooks, assignments, past year papers and all sorts of things that make u smart.

at night, i'll sleep with some exam guides on my face to let diffusion take place.

haha that reminds me of silly yurica. hahaha
we were doing some silly IPW project. or wassit studying for exams..
and she just plopped a book onto her face and lay on the ground
"i'll let the information diffuse into my brain!"
sigh. the good old days.
not that its bad now, but i cant say its the better new days.
you just cant compare it that way.

guess what!! i had like 4 band practices and 1 choir practice in this week!
in 5 days... gosh that sounds crazy...
monday after school -cantate (choir)
tuesday night- band 1
wednesday morning- assembly band
thurs morning- jazz band
fri morning assembly band (we ended up not doin anything. BUT I STILL WOKE UP EARLY!)
speaking of which.. heh. i was going to be late and i had a million things on my to-do-list..
1. dorm slip
2. pack bag
3. empty bin
4. tidy up the room
5. wake kristi up
6. brush teeth
7. brekkie
8. bring bag to locker
9. get drum sticks outta the locker

so i RAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNN like some marathon runner to the locker to get stuff,
SPRINTED all the way to the Performing Arts Centre. it is SO far away esp when u are in a hurry and you are late...
and i reached there panting like some weird dog, got the drum kit up to set up for band practice.
then when i wheeled the kit into the room, mr moore was like 'forget it. we dont need it.'
*FAINTED* haha i gave a weak grin and a faint surprised silly sound and wheeled the thing back. and all the running made my brekkie in my tummy jump here and there and gave me a tummyache.
AND I POO-ED BEFORE BREAKFAST! so i like poo-ed twice in the morning...
and once at night. hahaha what a good digestive system....

i used to think this meant do good to others, so you can expect them to do good to you.
but i was thinking about it one day... what if they dont do it in return? then i realised it meant to put yourself in their shoes.
"if i were her, would i want that done to me?" instead of "if i want her to do that to me, i should do that to her first."

discipleship with kristi and glennabanana this week made me think of my life journey.
how obvious that God has been planning every single thing, never forsaking me.
moulding me, exposing me to new experiences and sending beautiful people into my life.
im so thankful for everything. how blessed x)

went to KENNY ARONOFF's drum clinic.
he's on his tour around the world and he went to singapore for one of them too! how cool.
anyway my drum teacher found out that their using our school's beautiful fantastic performing arts centre. "so you can just say that he's coming to your 'house'!" (because i live in the school boarding house)
haha apparently he is one of the world's greatest drummer!

BAND! rmbr how i told u i didnt really like band?
its getting better now (phew)
but only because i brought a pencil to the practise to write out alphabets above the notes.
i learnt to differentiate glocks,xylophones, marimbas, vibraphones.
do u know that xylophones are actually wooden??
well i always thought they were metallic until a few weeks ago. haha
oh and cus i joined HALE ST MARYS BAND 1,
mr harrison asked me to join ST MARYS BIG BAND (its a jazz band and its not big.at all.)
and cus i joined big band, mr moore asked me to join ASSEMBLY BAND!
and its not cus they heard me play. well if they did hear me play they may think twice abt getting me to play for them.
they are incredibly short of percussionists in school after the yr 12s have graduated.
so now they resort to taking in beginners. hehe.
well at least its worth the try. the most they can do to me is sack me. hehe

tonight, im going to a richard clayderman concert.
some fundraising thing by the church.
