THE ALIENS HAVE LANDED!!!

Another weekend spent in the B/H! 2 more of these and it’s the long awaited long weekend!!! Things are not so bad once you get used to it I guess. They just seem ever so normal. Like how people go “xi2 guan4 jiu4 hao3”… it does make sense. This term we’ve had room changes down our wing. This girl in our wing plays her music really loudly. She lives next to geri, who is one room away from me and I can still hear her music! Im fine with it. Hehe cus I get to hear lots of songs I used to listen to.. songs I haven’t heard for years. It brings back so much memories. Does anyone feel like that? When u suddenly hear this song u used to always listen to, u get reminded of that period of time, the things happening around you… im brought back to the first few years of my secondary school life.. a new home, a new room, new school, new friends, MOELC (third language), long bus rides home, my cedar uniform, new to SF, the period when Avril Lavigne was still quite cool. When I always played her song “Im with you” on repeat. The SARS period, Stacie orrico’s “there’s gotta be more to life”, Hilary Duff’s “Yesterday”, Busted and simple plan, Backstreet Boy’s “guilty”? or is it BLUE. Hahaha. My mood then also comes back together with the song. Fascinated, happy, young, nerdy, shopping, heeren, taking the train everywhere.. sometimes the bus, lots of msn, chatting on the phone, the SF musical “Heaven in my Heart”, my obsession with black shirts (seriously I didn realize how many black tees I had!) neon orange, lime greens, hot pinks… so many memories… it’s such a nice but funny feeling. How young I was then… stupid enough to eat fast food regularly… after having to read Fast Food Nation for English, the discussions in class, I think my mindset’s starting to turn. I smell oil instead of the food sometimes. Back to that period, lots of neoprints, went out with audeedee and her bball friends a lot, yurica and rach teo and jess khong and lelin too, jaslyn teresa xianglin Fiona xiuqi beishan, the third lang clique Jolene me caroline audeedee xiuqi qinyi nadia jinhuey wenyi xingyi cherlia which started to disappear as each year passed… the first class chalet and the most fascinating one as well, where someone actually kicked the lamp head by accident and caused a blackout, where we had coloured hairspray, swimming, bowling, class bonding! How I miss those days.. pushing that trolley thingy, sitting on it to substitute Escape’s roller coasters. First taste of freedom. Haha. Maybe that was what fascinated me.




Dumdeedumdum… MOCKS ARE FINALLY OVER OVER OVER! I jump for joy.. haha. But that means TEE’s round the corner *hyperventilates* I’m rotting in my hole here waiting for Geri do her physics exam because my last paper was ytd! Hehehe. Anyway… next year’s gonna be interesting. No more b/h! more asian food! Muahahha. I’ve decided that packing is my least favourite thing. Activity. Whatever catergory its meant to be under.. I don’t like it. Space constraints time constraints.. grr. N I have so much stuff its unbelievable. Bleah. I love holidays. Haha they smell so good. xD. Its been so long since I last used the internet properly. Haha. But its not that bad actually. Aha. Lalalala. That’s it for now. Till then! Toodles!
