Today, we feast and celebrate.
We celebrate unexpected friendships - old and new, temporary and everlasting.
We celebrate permanent residency in a fading world, and citizenship in heaven.
We celebrate vocations that last this lifetime and eternal hallelujahs before our King.
We celebrate because we are friends, but also because we are family in our Father's house.
As we feasted and celebrated, my heart couldn't help but sing. Our God our God, abounding in love and mercy. Your grace has been poured out so freely into our lives.
Your intricate plans beyond our imagination weaves our paths together in Your sovereignty, into Your masterpiece.
"What a small world!" - really just meant God ordained.
Why am I so amazed even though I already know that my God is amazing?
How else shall I respond, apart from wholeheartedly?
