ITS SO HOT.. like an oven!!
but it feels so strange to be back here.
after adapting to singapore, happily going tingtong with my dearest friends..
its time to switch to the back-to-school mode..

i was trying to think how can i define my personality..

but i dont know how to..

sometimes im high and loud happy and siao

sometimes im quiet shy obedient gentle and patient

sometimes im angry impatient and unreasonable

some may be total opposites but are still part of me

of course, i wanna take away that impatient angry and unreasonable part.. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!

i can be brave but i can be such a scaredy cat too.

i can be hardworking but i can be lazy too.

i was thinking the other day that i will learn to hit/catch the volleyballs one fine day instead of screaming and running away. and i realised that i always run away from my problems. i choose not to face it and cross my fingers, hoping that it will vanish into thin air. THAT POINT SHOULD BE CHANGED TOO.

k enough of this dumb self analysis. i have nicer things to tell u guys about =D1724 went to far east plaza for zi char dinner! the uncle blanjah us a bowl of soup! haha so nice rite! then sherman jealous also want our soup.. STARE STARE STARE... so funny.. that thing up there was my strawberry longan dessert! VERY YUMMY! but it stains ur mouth. BUT I LIKE!eskimo! the place to have your desserts! NICE UNCLE, NICE AUNTIE, NICE DESSERT! =D VERY NICE CUSTOMERS TOO! heheheqinyi enjoys her dessert!jeannie enjoys her dessert!

im so sleepy... its my last day at ballet today. my last day at 1724 tomorrow and my last day in church the day after tomorrow.

VERY VERY GOOD ONE. he can talk dentist language in engris, cheena, dialek and LEEEEtle little little bit melayu. cool right! plus he has a very talented assistant..ME LOR! hahaha. starting frm tmr he will have 2! GERALDINE GOH AND JEANNIE LOI! =D and when i had to extract teeth i will find him because he has rasberry flavor this, orange flavor that.. makes tooth extraction fun! and now, its even better because he is going to have 2 capable assistants. MUAHAHHAHA.
when he's not a dentist he's a big bully. HEHE oops =X

today is the 2nd last sunday in church. =(
i went for sf(sec1-4) since my whole family goes to church at 10.30.. then they ask qinyi n i y i so old still join.. eh! u broke my glass heart ah.. hahaa. but im still 16! not yet 17! anyway i liked today's worship a lot! =) conz reminded us abt setting our priorities right. studies may be impt but God is always the most impt. x) plus, we sang all my fav songs today.. their so meaningful. SHINE FOR GOD! x)) and during sermon we were reminded to IMITATE CHRIST, be a reflective shiny super mirror!
aft tt.. hougang mall with my family for lunch. when i saw the others goin for lunch i wanted to go too.. but cuz my dad n i are going back soon, and since my mum hardly gets day offs, we have to cherish our family times. sometimes i feel like such a hypocrite. i can be happy bubbly patient helpful caring and everything with my friends but im so different with my family.. irritable, impatient rude ignorant insensitive pampered..

what can i say? hahah so fun!
im a dental asst! HEHE! so cool right! i sound so pro.
actually i just sit beside the dentist and pass him the things that he needs, and watch him work on all the mouths.
i never realised so many people visit the dentists everyday.. and since my uncle's clinic was shorthanded, i was happy to go help. i thought i would sit at the reception n do admin stuff.. but once i reached there, he passed me this funny blue gown thing n a stupid huge mask.
so difficult to breathe! and my nose felt so flat after a while.. then my uncle said next time use a peg to pinch my nose. hahha ok i will heed ur advice and do just that. anything to save my nose..xD

so..
me: ok! so what do i need to do now?
uncle: just stand there and look pretty.
me: oh. thats easy..
hahah but no la. with the huge mask flattening my nose how to look pretty. eheheeh.
so i watched him extract teeth, polish teeth, xray teeth, fill teeth, fix dentures blabla..
i have to say.. the most gruesome one was teeth extraction.
local anaesthesia cream (rasberry flavoured!) and jabs (i dont know what flavour)
then the extraction itself, blood gushing, removing fragments of broken teeth left in the gum (gross!), and finally leaving a deep hole there. SO DISGUSTING. yet amusing at the same time. hurhur.

put the saliva sucking tube thing into ppl's mouth
press the button and fill the cup with water
press the button to rinse the basin
press the button to make the seat go up n down
adjust the light
cleaning up
sucking more saliva or blood with another vaccuumy tube
my favourite of course, is pressing the buttons! hahaha i've always been so amused by the water dispenser and the basin rinsing thing. and making the seat go up n down.. so i always try to press the buttons before my uncle does. he so fast la! keep snatching my job.. just pluck ppl's teeth can liao la. leave the button pressing to me!
lunch at Hans restaurant. one of his patient works there then she came to talk.. so funny la. she was like.. wah that time u pluck my teeth, very good leh! now not pain ah,.. so good ah.. next time u give me discount la! then my uncle was like.. orh... then now u give me discount la! then she replied.. cannot la... i working for them one leh.. cannot la cannot la... then she walked away.
ahaha. funny funny.. then we bought OTAH! yummm
then back to the clinic to face ppl's mouths again. this is the first time i see so many mouths in one day. nv smell any bad breath. my mask so big n thick until cannot breath, want to smell oso cannot la. hah.
oh then got so many gossip one la. so funny.. my uncle said one of the patient was zoe tay's ex boyfriend. hahah. i thought fake one leh.. now i oso duno real or fake..
and i think my uncle's fav job is putting the fluoride(orange flavoured!) on the teeth. cus u need to leave it on for a few minutes then u rinse ma. so he use that time to sit in his office n slack! haha. so funny.. everytime i see him sitting there with this "slacking face" i want to laugh...
and i like the ppl there too. their so nice, so friendly, so kind. just like me. HAHA. cant wait for tmr!

i was planning to go to my uncle's clinic to help him pluck ppl's teeth (fat hope la) just help out.
but he said go on wed and playplay. IM 17 years OOLLLD already leh! im so responsible i tell u. even before i start my job, i can already tell i'll do my best and do it well! after that he said go on tues then aft tt see how.. if he has time to train/entertain me. -.- IM 17 years OOLLLD already leh! im so responsible i tell u... hahaha ya just repeat that n u'll know what i mean. but seriously, IM 17 years OLLLD already leh! HAHAHHAHAHA okokok i stop i stop.
so monday, my supposedly working day ended up as a slack-at-home day.
then bingcong said he n addi goin compass point for lunch. the second i heard compasspoint.. hahah my brain went.."NO PROBLEM!"
in the end instead of having lunch at compasspoint, we had lunch at home b4 we went to compasspoint. hahah. then we walked ard, went to mos for milk tea and some green tea dessert thing with my sister, talktalktalk. and we decided to meet for dinner.
then i remembered geraldine(goh) telling me vj dancing mass dance at fountain of wealth that night. so i suggested SUNTEC! i was so excited la. my long time no see cedarians, see daryl do his mash potato so enthu-ly, and of course to find my dear cousin geraldine goh la!
esther haojie qinqin addison bingcong billy qinyi and me went. we had SUBWAY. yum. i dont like bread. but i like toasted bread. and i think aussie life has got me used to eating bread now. but i still dont really like bread. esp untoasted bread.
aft our dinner we went up to see them dance. i saw jocelyn! haha hello joc! then we went down to the fountain place to watch but then so far away. and everyone was so disappointed, thinking that they were goin to dance at the fountain thing itself. hehe i felt so bad la.
then we began our quest to find daryl lim. bingcong haojie went to dedicate song for him with the message "1724 love you!" wah. so sweet la. in the end he didnt hear it tho. hahah.
so qinyi n i were walking round slowly, then i met so many cedar ppl! hahha so happy =))
then we found daryl! wanted to go call him then they started their tootoo train thingy and they ran away. hahha so we continued our search. finally esther found him then we took photos.
haha he like celeb for 3 minutes like that. guys take photo with him, then girls take photo with him, then group photo. haha. then qinqin n i decided to join them in their dance. so fun and so funny. they had this complex and complicated leg thing n hop thing. we just jumped about.
then we joined their tootoo train. so many ppl will come n hi5 u and tickle u la. at first daryl went to tickle them then we scolded him cheekopeh. in the end there were so many more ticklers. hahah SO MANY CHEEKOPEHS AND CHEEKOGIRLS.
nevertheless, it was great fun, i think its just that high high enthu enthu feeling when everyone's excited and siao. when the 1724 ppl went home, i stayed cus my mum's office was nearby and i thought i would wait for geri to finish then we fetch her home.. then i ask daryl help me find her.. we were running in the tootoo train when this bunch of hands pulled me then i heard ppl screaming. MORE CEDAR PPL!!!! AAAAAAAHHHH!!! one of the hands belonged to soochie woochie. i thought got what accident la. haha then cedar cheer.. hah so lame.. in a vj event cheer cedar cheer.. BUT STILL! haha
then i went to find geri n we walked an extremely long way to my mum's office cus we didnt know our directions and decided to just follow ppl. hahah which student goes to the office after their mass dance la. but we made it in the end. hahaha
i think if i were in vj i would've fit in perfectly well man. hahahah. only the study part i'll have some problem ahahh

friday!
out with kristi and laura to vivocity! had lunch at food junction. laura was so funny la. she was trying to eat char siew rice with chopsticks! oh she bought this pair of shoes that looked so sweet on her la... good buy good buy! x) sad she's not goin back to st marys... she's goin the the australian international in singapore! =( but oh wells. she gets to stay with her family instead of boarding. and kristi! ahaha she wore the same outfit as the day we went cycling. and her hair's so long now! eh what u eat! i also want! anyway.. we went to visit the pugs again! and the other animals as well.. many hamsters are gone now.. aww the puppies! they are simply adorable!! SHO CEEEWWWWTT! oh n on that day my uncle asked y didn i report for work. hahaha n so im goin to work on thurs.

i met up with my 13 yrs fren (*note: not 13 yrs old fren. its 13 yrs fren!)

haha. at first she said not to eat cuz she was meeting her friend to eat BIG BIG meal. but without breakfast, my stomach felt so lonely. so i got her some friends from macdonalds. haha. SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN! HASHBROWN! OIL! CARBO! FATS! nvm la. hah.x)
then we talktalkwalkwalked ard compass point, my favourite shopping centre in the whole of singapore, and went to my house to show her my kindie video. i didnt know i used to suck my thumb!
then my sis n i went to the old house in upper paya lebar after that to join our parents.
looked through some really old and dusty photo albums, my sis found a wave hoop and brought it home, my mum found her old glasses (oh no)
anyway.. after that.. FACIAL!
haha so funny la. the person wanted to massage my shoulder but everytime she wanted to start i giggled and wiggled so in the end we decided.. NAH. then the lady left me after she put on some icy cold mask thing on my face..SO COLD! and she left for so long...I FELL ASLEEP. i was 100% sure i heard myself snore. so embarrassing..
after the facial, i ran to the toilet to pee. hah lie there so long u know! then i see my face in the mirror... its...cleaner? hahaha other than that...nothing else. =(
my mum said its only useful for old people. haha ok lor.
but its such a waste of money.. they like to eat people's money and make them come back time and again to eat more of their money. EVIL...

friday!
was supposed to meet glenna and kristi at pasir ris mrt at 10am. I WOKE UP AT 9.30!
i was so worried la. my heart was like bimbombimbombimbom.
anyway, aahah i took 89 and i reached there the earliest! PHEW.
we went cycling in the park. i tell u.. the moment my butt touched the seat it started to ache.
i dont understand how ppl manage to sit there for so long. because we, the powerful discipleship grp didnt last for half an hour when we rented the bikes for 2 hrs. ($5 per hr, rent 1 hr get 1 hr free=$5 for 2 hrs) and so, the rest of the time, we pushed the bikes and walked alongside. hahah
went for lunch and had our last discipleship for 06. REFLECTIONS!
im glad and thankful that God has planned everything so nicely into my life. knowing i would be lonely and maybe struggling with my faith in perth, God sent kristi from singapore, to perth, to st marys, to boarding! my accountability partner and as the OCFers say, my kaki! or khaki! aiyah it sounds like that la. and then in subi church, God sent GLENNABANANA our chauffuer and bs leader! thats when i learnt that old ppl are not THAT different from us. hurhur. ok she's not old. glenna's only turning 21.. hehe. and yup.. ocf, ballet, school..new experiences which opened my eyes and made me less of a suaku. IF GOD WILL BRING ME TO IT, HE WILL BRING ME THROUGH IT! so for this year, i shouldnt live my life the way i've planned, but the way God planned it for me. =))
after that it was ben&jerrys! oh my goodness sinful sinful! BUT SO NICE! strawberry cheesecake.. the other one had a weird name so i cant rmbr.. it was some chocolate thing with liquor. aiyoh! SO NICE! by the way, white sands is such a nice place to shop! haha nice shoes! oh we bought button earrings.. sad to say.. one of mine broke last night cuz i slept on it. =( sadded. OH WELLS. so then it was FAREWELL AND SEE YOU SOON! and i went on 89 back to sengkang. the bus was so special!! it has YELLOW SEATS! i wanted to take photo of it but i had my lazy syndrome so i couldnt take my cam out.
after answering nature's call and a hot bath, i was out agn 2 j8 to meet prissyfu for BALLET!
but i visited b1,bee cheng hiang to see my 13 yrs friend in my weird ballet stockings and shorts combi and got weird stares.. good thing stickerfu wore tights and shorts too so at least i wasnt weird alone. heehee. OFF TO THOMSON PLAZA!
hahah finally after like forever, i have a proper ballet lesson with my proper ballet friends! hahha! and of course my proper ballet teacher MS PAMELA!! and as usual, cheryl was being her NOISY and LAZY and BULLY self. haha eh cheryl! im not shorter than you! and im not lazy! so nice to be back in ballet class. and martina looks so old now. hahah he has so much white hair. come to think of it, he has been our pianist for so many so many years.. i rmbr during lessons he would read newsppr, talk on the phone.. sleep? distracting some ppl and when ms pamela's not in, BEING OUR SUBSTITUTE BALLET TEACHER. ahhaa. but so sad we didnt do pointe work that day..=/

saturday!
the day i most looked forward to in the week! 1724 welcome party! OLEH!
supposed to meet at harbourfront mrt at 11am and i woke up at...10 i think. i forgot.
haha i've been waking up just in time to leave the house these few days. thank God that i even wake up.. anyway, i thought i would have myself a little tan but not too much but guess what.. it was NOT AT ALL. my mum saw me at the end of the day and she was like.. "u didnt change colour at all!" DISAPPOINTMENT. haha but at least i didnt get burnt like some other ppl. i nv got burnt till it hurt before.. haha GOD'S BLESSING! anyway, 1724 is fun =) i was quite reluctant to graduate frm sf but in 1724 we already feel like one of them and their so fun and noisy so its not that bad to be old i guess. heehee. had brunch. hopped onto the bus, went to dunowhat beach. self intro, worship, pastor yang's small speech which was inspired by the loss of his dear digicam, prayer, sandcastle building =) i still think the girls did a better job. multiple buildings, swimming pools, long kang, surrounding walls and secret escape route. the qinyi palace is THE place to be. haha but the guys won with their solid structure although not as eye candifying as ours. =p then we buried qinyi's legs, played volleyball, frisbee, took care of the bags, changed, headed to harbourfront shopping centre for dinner, laughed like mad, vivo-ed, put on funny make up and nail polish, mrt, HOME! dear sengkang i love you! haha the effect of sending ur child overseas to study...NOT BAD LA. perth has nice skies sunsets weather shops beaches. ANYWAY, it was a fun day! thanks to 1724 ppl! lets starve together! (yi qi e si) understand? if u understand then laugh. its meant to be funny.

since we're always late for church, i decided to wake up early, using my new handphone alarm for the first time but we were still late. -.- IS THIS A CURSE OR WAD?? it started out not bad but my day just went bad cus of stuff here and there happening plus my mood swinging here and there and everywhere. i shouldnt write the bad stuff here cus bad things are for forgetting so.. happy stuff =) yanfang came back! so pretty and tall now. ahah. then we had grp photo! now my batch ppl qinyi and daryl become asst bs teachers, so after lunch beibei shimin kelwinmaid my sis and i so poor thing. sit n stone in the music room. oops thats a sad one but nvm. i miss sunday bs lessons with wenzhen and my super bs grp... ='( other happy thing. i went to gerteoteo's hse! ngave her the belated bday pressie plus stuff tt i borrowed frm her. she also pretty and tall and chao ta. haha. talk talk talk talk talk talk. with these friends, we can never stop talking. then back home i was complaining bout stuff and instead of encouragement i had a "who ask u to blablabla" kinda reply. BLEAH. but i bought shoes... yay. heh. so.. sorry for ending it bad cuz everytime i think abt it i feel so sian.

i thought while everyone was struggling to stay awake, i would be happily joyfully wonderfully sleeping... BUT NO!
my mum asked me to wake up and see that everything goes fine for tiantian's first day of school.
"ok. i'll sleep after she boards the school bus" i thought.
BUT NO! while i was reading the newsppr ( WOW!!) MY MUM KEEP ASKING ME TO GO GYM TO EXERCISE! =(( kuai dian! kuai dian! then i would be like.. wait! yi xia zi yi xia zi! i havent finished reading! but in the end we went to the gym..
i hate running on treadmills. its so unfulfilling... everytime i run on the treadmill i feel so sad cuz im not moving anywhere.. 5 mins on the treadmill is already a great torture. but my mum! OH MY GOODNESS. she can stay there for 15 mins? 20 mins? hahaha. supermum!
so while she was busy exercising 20 mins on each machines, i was sitting down, stretching and dosing off. hahaha. so nice. kill 2 birds with one stone! heehee
anyway.. finally after my shower i got to sleep! WOOHOO! these sleeping times are very precious u know... cuz normally bedtime for me goes like this.

all the jink gang girls have such long hair i tell u. mine was long UNTIL I DECIDED TO TRIM A LITTLE BIT which turned out to be a lot. =((((((

anyway. i have a conclusion. we are all hopeless at bbq-ing.
hehehe. our food took ages to cook despite our desperate attempts to fan the flames like there's no tmr. it was so much fun tho. now my arms are sore. not really sore. but when i do something there'll be this sharp pain. i had that in my thighs last time for like weeks when i sprinted during pe after a million years of not running. gosh it hurt so much that i had to walk in this weird position to make sure the sharp pain doesnt come. i think its knots in the muscle.

but this time its in my arms and its not as bad so THANK GOD!

my dearest Bible Study group! =) after joining 1724, i dont know how we're gonna have BS, but we will all miss wenzhen laoshi! a lot! alot a lot! i will miss this group so much too when im back in perth...bs in the kopitiam, bs in the void deck, bs in church, walking round the hdb blocks to give out flyers, bible quiz champs...AH!!! MY SUPER BS GROUP! family gatherings, family outings, good food, failed attempts to lose weight.. still failing to lose weight... its actually impossible to lose weight here i tell u. we keep having big meals, inviting others over to eat..TOO MUCH LEFTOVERS.. *faints* what can i do to help?? EAT LOR! so my expanding butt continues expanding. =( other than that, rollerblading x) taking the train to harbourfront.. bollywood restaurant, hemisphere cafe, christmas.. =D they make my holidays fun.
