bubble tea after hongkong bbq lunch. its practically a holiday in an asian country. ahha ive been eating rice n other asian stuff the past few days and IM LOVIN EAT! i just realised u dont see any bubble tea. hahha we were WAITING FOR OUR BUBBLETEA tts y =D

my retro red alarm clock! how cool! yeah and u r gonna tell me it matches my glasses. OH WHAT A SURPRISE. hahhah but red isnt my fav colour. it was just screaming at me "BUY ME BUY ME!" haha n i got it to put it in my to-be-super-funky-cool-make-u-jealous-room. MUAHAHA.

i miss last year too. when i was still quite free. when me n kristi were the siamese twins. ahhah. but she la... born too early. now in uni. everything's so different. i used to see her everyday n talk about everything but now i see her mebbe once a week. she's so busy now anyway.

im a busy girl too. hahaha. but i m thankful for this year as well. im thankful that my cousin's here. people think we're sisters because we r almost the same height n every second u c me, u c her. hah. im thankful for bands n choir n dance. its so weird that im in so many performing things but im so scared of performing. esp when ppl can hear u... ur mistakes...*faints* choir's not too bad. hahha

ok im gonna sleep now. gotta be up early tomorrow to work on my fitness! HEHEHE im not gonna be a weakling anymore just wait n see! i'll have abs and muscles like those bodybuilders. hahha.. or not. im working to shrink my butt so i'll be able to fit into my jeans/pants again in time for winter. i dont really wanna freeze.

that's my new room. its sorta half done. as u can see, the beautiful paint is done. they're still in the process of doing the floor cus we're changing carpet to wood laminate, so we have the door in the middle of the funny woody floor. but its a good camwhoring plce dont u think? x)

as i said it was gonna be a busybusy hectic week.. let me tell u what i did!



MONDAY

7.30am: dance rehearsal. i love the dance. and im glad i got in cus im not doin ballet this yr and good thing i can still dance! heehee



12.45pm: drum lesson. i lost my drumsticks! big sigh. but i keep forgetting to find it. haha. anyways... i wanna be a propro like my teacher! he's so pro. he has good righthandlefthandrightlegleftleg coordination! ahha.



4.00pm: cantate! (choir) we had photo taking and we had to change into our winter uniforms.. im not that interested in wearing the winter uniform next term... summer dresses are so much more convenient! but anyway..



7.oopm: interhouse drama (hackett, craig, wittenoom) it was fab. haha i actually cried in the wittenoom one! well hannah did too. and geri almost did. haha. they were really good tho. funny and entertaining.



that was just monday! OH NO! hahah lets see the rest!

TUES: voice lesson, interhouse drama(wardle,riley,lefroy)-i was doin backstage for wardle interhouse drama..the flats had splinters! grr. i was spending the whole night trying to find them and squeeze them outta my hand. haha. oh and wardle won! OLEH! ahhaha we were so high everytime they mentioned gemma clark(wardle's drama captain). and yeah. the actors were awesome and hilarious xD the audience just kept laughing nonstop which made me even more high! ehehe



WED: dance, music excursion, interhse cross country. the music excursion was quite cool... we got to watch them perform RODEO by aaron copland. but my eyelids were so heavy.. as usual. hahah and they just happened to keep closing unconsciously! mebbe my eyelid muscles are too weak.. i needa workout then next time i can ctrl them.. and SLEEP WITH MY EYES OPEN. hehehe. yesyes. thats a plan xD. cross country was alright. hahah i didnt get a position =P oh wells! thinkin bout how i almost died at cross country trainings last year, it must b a blessing in disguise. HURHUR.



THU: FREE!

FRI: ocf- we learnt to be PATIENT, and know that God has his own time for everything. it really made sense to me cus i rmbr praying for concentration and the mood to do my work and it just didnt come! and i was like "uhm...God? i kinda need it now.. can u hurry up a bit please?" but yeah. God has His own ways and doesn need to follow the plans that we made for ourselves. He sees the greater picture and His plans are far greater than ours. and also, in the process of waiting, we learn new experiences and grow! xD



SAT which is today.. morning jog with geri to the city for a macdonalds brekkie! xD i think sausage mcmuffin is the yummiest yummy thing. hhaha GOSH all of you! stop drooling la! ahah! oh i miss mushroom swiss double! WHY ARE U STILL DROOLING! hahah YUM. that is a must have when i return to sunny sunny singapore in july =)) so exciting! then we walked back with my dad's hotcakes ( HE DIDNT EVEN SAY THANK YOU LAR! AND SAID HE DONT FEEL LIKE EATING!) i was just like.. *yawns* dont eat lor.. i was a bit sleepy still. no energy to quarrel. hehe. anyway that's not worth remembering! i must learn to TOLERATE! WO3 REN3!! grrr.

yeap we went to check out our new house 2 streets away. ahha what a joke.

ahahah. we worked out the colours for the walls and everything... its quite exciting! heeheehee. im having pink walls for my room plus one white wall which is our DOODLE WALL! so we can doodle some beautiful artwork onto it. haha and the living room will be like kiwijuice green (that's wad they wrote on the colour swatch) and some yellowy colour.. haha im not really bothered bout anything else other than my room actually as u can see.. BUT THAT IS BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE MY IDEAS! i wanted an aqua kinda colour for the living area. but noone thought it was nice! fine! u and ur super the-magazine-says-so thinking. GRRR. but its not that bad la. i just got annoyed. NOT LIKE ITS VERY OBVIOUS THAT IM ANNOYED!

anyway, spent the evening doing work.



and im so devastated! i was so excited for tomorrow's Sports at UWA but guess what! they decided to take a break when i finally was free to go! =( oh well. NEXT WEEK! ahahha holiday! oleh oleh oleh! lalallalala! holiday~HOLIDAY!~~LALALLALALA~!!

A CHOOCHOO TRAIN!! the driver and passengers. 3 of the quadruplets. seriously.. the photographers were so bad. most of the photos were blurry! thank God for my wonderful camera... at least some were clear enough. HURHUR

after the bbq last week... we were kinda bored..

MUSIC UNDER THE STARS
Firstly, thanks to the lovely OCF-ers who were willing to part with $10 and working time on Sunday night to watch Music Under The Stars! And also to daddy, who had to part with $20 cus he had to pay adult fee. Haha.
I had been soooo nervous and scared about this gig since I don’t know when… I think music camp. Yeah that’s it. When we just got the scores for pirates of the Caribbean. GOSH. Normally the instruments I played were so simple or if not it would be unnoticeable. But mr mills (hale percussion teacher) decided the percussion section should rotate our roles a bit and I had the ‘honour’ of taking THAT snare part. Hahha. Aka my worse nightmare. Just kidding. I like it a lot but I find it scary cus I cant count beats properly. Yadayadayada…
We had the junior school choir plus orchestra I think. They were so cute when I heard their rehearsal (joys of living in the B/H) and they were really good! And we also had band 2 and orchestra 2. I didn’t pay much attn to them cus I was freaking out. We then had the chorale. They sang “you raise me up” and I thought of cedar choir… sigh… I still remember during my farewell they sang that song and I was bawling my eyes out. Hahah. Come to think bout it, its actually quite funny.. as if it was a funeral. Speaking bout funeral, I have something to say but I’ll talk bout that later. Yeah and I spent literally half the time of that whole concert peeping out the window of studio 3 because we thought we were gonna have a cantate rehearsal but no! and everytime we wanted to go out, we were scared they would have rehearsal w/out us, so we were looking through the windows like some weirdos.. guest artists: the kashtany duo. One on the violin and one on the piano accordion. They were fantastic. Haha professionals.. duh..
next! Cantate! Did pie jesu and ashgrove. We sang a little out of beat at one part but oh wells. And mrs taylor was good. Her solo was so pretty.
After that! Orchestra! We played tchaicovsky, valse from sleeping beauty (I did the glockenspiel) and Pirates of the Caribbean (I did the snare drum and toms) haha. My heart was beating so fast! Like that! Boomboomboombbbbbbmmmbmbmbmbmm! And I was so kancheong. Hahah.
Then! Band! Tijuana brass in concert (xylophone), godspell medley (crash cymbal, which I only had to crash 7 times in the whole song. Hahah) and The Thunderer(I was just counting bars for my friend)
Yer think tts it. I don’t feel like talking bout it anymore. Haha.

FUNERAL
As I said, I have something to say about this. Well, if I died which im pretty sure I will one day… I don’t want people to cry or be sad at my funeral. Everyone dies anyway. And im going to heaven anyway. Haha isn’t that supposed to be a good thing? And then I want to donate my organs! I wont need it after I die. Yup made my point. Haha geez this is random..

OTHERS
Had dance on Monday n wed morning. I think the dance is cool. I like it! I just don’t really like the waking up early idea.
Oh and guess who I saw at cantate on Monday arvo! Hahah joash ng! so funny… I thought I recognized wrongly cus he wasn’t wearing his white glasses and I think my eyesight’s gone worse so I couldn’t see very clearly with my red glasses. Then I was like.. wow he really looks like joash. And then I found out it was really him. Oh and at cantate we’re learning this weird song. Its really weird. Like really. Ok bye!

yesterday was study day.
morning jog with my dad all the way from east perth to burswood n back again.. GOSH. it wasn tiring tho cuz we walked three quarters of it. AHAH.
went to floreat library and part of the quadruplet except for kristi, did some (hopefully) productive working and studying. saw chrystalla in subway and olivia from her ballet class.
i stopped ballet this yr but i'll continue nxt yr. quite sad but its a bit inconvenient and this yr's quite hectic by itself so yupp.
went home and cooked! dad invited the chia's over (he thinks too highly of our cooking) and we were hopping around like those stupid crickets u find in the boarding hse cuz we were running out of time and it was the first time cooking for so many guests. but it was good. joash reminds me of adrian aka geri's bro aka my cousin. hehe. and he has this problem with water and kept getting his shirt wet. *shakes head*
anyway geri had her webcam on and our family in singapore had their webcam on and we were having some food competition, showing off what food we had.. bak kwa! prawn rolls! whatever! hahaha it was quite funny.
subi church today and the kids ministry had a special activity today.. THE KIDS WERE ADORABLE!!! so cute! little kids just make me smile like an idiot. their so adorable! and pastor timon sang this rap version of 'awesome God' hahha. funny... then.. ocf bbq! met many freshies. hopefully i can remember their names.............hmm. hahha but 2 special mentions! JEANINE frm nz ballet trip is here! and LYNETTE ex-cedarian, audrey chan mali chan's ex senior is here too! what a small small world. haha. yes im happy!
oh n did i tell u my vball skills have improved? i dont run away now! woohoo!

CHINESE NEW YEARS-not bad i have to say xD went to vicki's for steamboat, talked, walked, played and camwhored. hehe. and on sunday went to the city after church and walked around.. WE ACTUALLY FOUND OUR WAY BACK TO SCHOOL! (well of cuz i get most of the credit bring geri the lost soul ard AND getting back to school. HEHE)

BAND CAMP-hee i just love camps.. anything to miss school. hurhur. but it was awesome. i finally learnt to play the volleyball. yeah u shuddup. its not easy for me okay! well at least i dont run away from the ball anymore! HOW COOL IS THAT! hehe im so proud of myself. and yes. band rehearsals. i love the songs! tchaicovsky valse frm sleeping beauty, pirates of the carribean, harry potter, godspell medley..many more. I LOVE!

now tt my dad's back, we're back in east perth for our long weekend! had ocf just then. glad to see all of em again xD and freshies! haha im trying to rmbr names! but im excited for this year! WHEE! had coffee/hot choc @tiamos.. sang songs with kristi, made up our ocf family positions since now both of us are not the only princesses. haha there's geri and joash, which makes us the quadruplets! haha so we have... kristi joash geri jeannie quadruplet, glennabanana chauffeur, esther jester, katie chambermaid, jeremy cookieman, raymond BUTTler, jason nanny, keith handsome neighbour, dr youyan, nurse debs, professor will, pe teachers ah tan ah sim and aaron, i dont know who else. haha. oh wells.

SQUATTIE!! hahahah im like so deprived.. 2 weeks blogless after a 2 mth holiday spent blogging! its no easy feat i tell u! and it feels as if i've been in the boarding hse for a term! gosh.. but i think this year's been going really well. =) we've got the school ball coming up and we learnt our ball dance.. so fun! how exciting x)) band practices started this week and i practically stuffed up big band but it didnt really matter. band 1 was good.. hehe. not my playing la. I JUST LIKED IT OKAY! xE<--tts a buckteeth face i invented. ahaa. swimming carnival today and my house won! oleh! i didnt swim. i was doing staff refreshments and tea. it was SUCH torture.. looking at those choclatey choc chip muffins.. gosh.. my eyes just couldnt look anywhere else! it was like STUCK to that muffin. haha. k. posting bout my past 2 weeks!

Back in the boarding house!!
This time I didn’t cry at the airport.. maybe im used to farewells? I don’t know.. but I know I’ll be back before I know it =) and I know God has made great plans for me here too so I shall embrace this new school year joyfully with a grateful heart! ( while those in jc suffer after their honeymoon period. HEHEHE.
It isn’t so bad to be back tho.
I’ve unpacked my stuff into my room.. it looks like I’ve lived here for like forever..
Ive got soooo much stuff I can hardly believe it. Haha
This year’s gonna be fun =) with my cousin here, I have one more friend! Plus the room arrangements are excellent. There’s many of my friends down my wing… Hannah roommate is my next door neighbour, Georgia’s my next door neighbour too, geri(cousin) is beside Hannah, sue may is beside geri, teri is beside sue may, nikita is beside the toilet (HEHE!) who else.. cathy’s down my wing too..SO.. its cool! Plus now we are yr 12s we get so much more freedom. Heehee NO MORE DORM SLIPS! OLEH! And we have 2 common rooms.. muahahha. Unlimited number of leaves to the shops(not like karrinyup shopping centre is exciting but better than none) and no more people hunting to go out! HOORAY! Mr chidgey our year teacher seems like a cool teacher too.. and theres the ball… I decided to go dateless because its too much of a hassle to invite the date, get him to sign some permission form, arrange to meet, entertain him, DANCE WITH HIM? PLEASE LA! ME?? Hahah so malu la. Not like I know many guys well anyway. So to reduce the awkward moments, I decided no date would be a better choice. =D
Actual school starts tomorrow. Summer dress, brown heavy big shoes, white socks, blazer, BLUE leavers jumper. Hmmm. Hope it’ll be fun. =) I CANT BELIEVE IM GOING TO SCHOOL TOMORROW! Hols has been way too long.

First day of school
Oh my gosh im a year 12! Hahaha can u believe it! We are the oldest in school! HEHEHE. I think this is sort of the last time I can really enjoy being a seniorest senior. Haha. Cuz by the time im in uni I’ll be complaining more about my age more than anything. But I must be reminded, as a senior instead of abusing authority, I should use it for God’s glory. I should use my experiences to think how the newbies are feeling. Homesick? Lonely? Leftout? I should spread some love.. let people feel welcome, that its not that bad afterall. I should befriend them, care for them, look out for them because I’ve been through the homesickness and I know how bad it felt. I should but I’m always too shy or I keep thinking its none of my business. If that’s what everyone thinks, then who will be left to console the lonely and the sad? Dear Lord, I pray that You will grant me the courage, love and a sensitive heart to reach out to these people who are really in need of a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. Help me be a bright light and a salty salt. Thank you for the trials and challenges that u have given me to mould me into a better person. Always remind me that despite my inadequacies, u will equip me to face the tough situations if its according to your will.

First weekend in the boarding house
We had a closed weekend filled with activities and now im so burnt after sleeping on the beach and soaking up the sun. I got really dark but the next day I looked the same but mebbe a little red round my neck…it hurts! =( anyway.. after looking at some photos in the com, im feeling kinda homesick.. haha. GOSH I MISS YOU GUYS! Anyway.. there’s this tv series called heroes.. its SO GOOD. Haah im hooked on another show! But its really cool. Hafta watch it. ;D so.. this weekend we had quiz night where I was in so much pain thinking it was period cramp.. but I went to the toilet to poo and everything was back to normal. HAHA. But I had this weird headache all night it wasn’t funny. Saturday, we headed off to Ern Halliday which is this place like a campsite with flying fox abseiling and whatever.. it gets quite boring after a while don’t u think.. heh. Then I watched the other girls do surf life saving skills while I sat on the beach feeling jealous. Haha IT LOOKED SO FUN! But i got a sexy tan (yeah right) so it isn’t that bad. And behind me was aliya and Nicole trying to get aliya buried under the sand. It was quite funny hearing them whining and complaining away about this and that. Then we had skit night where ppl performed. Then today! We relaxed and watched heroes the whole day. Yeap so there’s school tomorrow. SIGH. Margot was saying at dinnertime: I like Fridays. I don’t like Sundays(because of Mondays). How nice would it be if Friday came after Sunday… *nods my head*
Alright im off to find my mood for school.

yeap so that was my week. part of my week. i got kinda busy later on. =)

time to lose weight! exercise! I CAN DO IT!

oh geri and i cooked dinner tonight. it was fab. u guys are just missing out on too much good stuff u know! =p
