may I be like You

was looking at my blogger username: "my heart belongs to Jesus!"

It got me thinking.. did I write that because I saw it somewhere and thought it was cool? Does my heart really belong to Jesus? It is a good reminder nevertheless. Where is my heart? How do my actions show where my heart is? How do my words show where my heart is? How do my thoughts show where my heart is? How does my time spent daily show where my heart is?

Why Jesus?

He demonstrated true sacrificial love by dying for our sins on the cross. yours and mine. He rose again three days later, proving that death has been defeated by Him. When all else fades and fails, He is unchanging and when we fail, believe it or not, He loves us all the same. And He's redeemed us already.
