i did pray for a sister when i was young, because i wanted to be able to tie my sister's hair
God probably had other plans, because many times i dreaded tying your hair. mummy had to plead me to tie your hair. BECAUSE YOU NEVER COMBED YOUR HAIR. i dont comb my hair either. but you monkey, always hopping around rolling here and there with your super long and fine hair, it'll always get tangled so quickly. it takes two people and a bottle of johnsons kids strawberry anti-tangles spray to get your hair combed and tied up INTO A PONY TAIL. every time i try to do something fancy, you take it off :(
but yes. gift from God :)
because of you, i have someone to exercise my authority over HEHEHE.
because of you, i found something better to hug to sleep than a bolster or soft toys.
because of you, i feel so much joy when you reach your various developmental milestones, eg.:
- the first time you stepped on dog's poo on the way to kindy (much earlier than i did :D)
- when you dared to put ur head under the shower
- when you dared to put ur head underwater in the pool (after bribing you with chips)
- when we took the public transport home from school

- when i tricked you when we took turns in the shower by counting backwards so we end with you being number 1. because you liked being number 1. (when in fact you were number 10)
